Can you send MMS or picture messages?
No, sorry!
What's the catch?
There isn't one!
Do you charge for incoming calls, either in the UK or the EU?
No, it's free to receive a call at all times.
Why hasn't this been done before?
Mobile networks prefer to keep you on their network because it's much cheaper than paying another network to let you on theirs.
Can I use the sim outside the EU?
Not yet, but we are working on this and will be available soon.
Will you be providing mobile handsets and accessories too?
Yes!
How does the sim switch from one network to another?
It does it automatically and will always seek out the next available network!
Can you carry a conversation from one network to another without dropping the call?
Unfortunately not. That would require a lot more cooperation from mobile networks than is currently possible.
Can I port my number to you?
Yes!
Will your sim work with 4G?
Yes!
What's the difference between the sims, other than the name?
Each sim is numbered to reflect the amount of credit that comes with it. e.g. Sim 10 comes with £10, Sim 40 comes with £40 etc.
Which networks will the sim work with in the UK?
We have a number of sims, which collectively provide access to Three, Vodafone, O2 & EE (Three availability is subject to a compatible 3G device)
How do I activate/deactivate voicemail?
Simply dial the number below (in relation to your sim type) to activate/deactivate voicemail.

When is 3G being switched off?
All the 4 UK networks are switching off their 3G networks at different times, please refer to the Ofcom website for further information at the below link:
